A: Our videos are for all exercise levels. Each video has Modified, Beginners and Advanced exercises. Our modified exercises are for individuals with injuries, back problems and/or require low impact. The beginner’s exercises are for individuals just getting started in their fitness journey. If you’ve been working out for some time and enjoy a challenge, the advanced exercises are just for you.

A: Every body type is different and will see different results at various times. It is important to remain consistent, stick to a healthy lifestyle and eat clean. Depending on your level of effort and maintaining a healthy diet (that’s suitable for your body make-up), you should see results within the first 30 days.

A: Our videos include modified exercises that can accommodate individuals with injuries. Also, we recommend that you go at your own pace, until you are able to condition your muscles and strengthen your body.

A: We recommend comfortable clothing, mat, towel, 2 to 10lb weights (depending on your fitness level), and water.

A: Please allow 5 to 7 days after processing for shipping.
