How do I join or renew membership?

Great News! You can join Fitness is Life with Lee at anytime. Once you've selected your membership pass, simply add the item to your cart and complete the purchase. Once completed, you will be provided details to create a user and password and that's it. You will gain immediate access to all of the workout content associated to your membership pass.

What are the benefits of the membership?

Fitness is Life with Lee is dedicated to meeting you where you are in your fitness goals. We've taken the time with each video to create an experience to challenge you at your current fitness level. Even if you are a beginner and just starting out, we have videos that offer a modified approach to the exercises to get you moving, yet challenge you throughout the session. Even if you belong to a local gym and have a regular routine, being a part of the Fitness is Life with Lee program will add to your current workout regimen and help propel you faster to personal fitness goals. No matter what you decide, your body is your temple... and we'd like to help you get your temple performing at its best and look the way you've envisioned.

What types of memberships are available and what are the fees?

We currently offer 3 Membership options and an 8 minute workout to support your workout goals and needs. The descriptions of each are listed below:

* Daily Pass - Our Daily Pass offers you the flexibility to have a full access to our videos for a single day (24 hours). Access to the videos is granted immediately after successful purchase of this plan. The cost of this membership is $3.00.

* Unlimited Step Aerobics Pass - Our Unlimited Step Aerobics Pass grants you full access to all of our Step Aerobic videos for a 6 month period. We offer varying levels of intensity to fit your current level of skill from the novice to the advanced stepper. The cost of this membership is $25.00

* Unlimited Pass - Our Unlimited Pass grants you to the opportunity to workout on your terms, on your schedule for a 6 month period. In addition to this flexibility, you will gain full access to all our videos as well as any new video content that is made available during your term, 24 hours a day. The cost of this membership is $50.00

** 8 Minute Burn - Our 8 Minute Burn is design to give you a quick high-intensity workout to challenge your body when you only have a few minutes. This plan grants you one time access to the 8 minute burn videos at the cost of $2.00

When will my membership expire?

Although we'd love to have everything last forever, at some point all good things come to an end. All membership plans are accessible immediately from the time of successful purchase and expire at the end of each term.

* Our daily passes expire 24 hours from your date/time of purchase.

* Our unlimited membership passes expire 6 months from the date/time of purchase.

When does my membership get activated?

Immediately. Once you complete your purchase, you will receive an email notification providing you with instructions on how to get started.

Help! I didn’t receive my email confirmation and/or receipt.

No worries. If you haven't received emails from us in the past, it could be a possibility that our emails have been routed to your spam or junk folder. Be sure to check this folder to ensure and confirm if the email has been received.

I’d like to change my email address and/or password. How can I do that?

That's an easy change. Just follow the steps below to the desired change.

Log in to you account. Once successful access is gained, you will be presented the Dashboard page. Navigate to the Account Details tab. Within this section you will be able to change your personal account details including your email address and password.

Help! My Live meeting session did not launch.

Once you've completed your purchase, you will be registered for the Live Virtual Class. We ask that you try the following to ensure successful access:

• You must be a registered user to the website. Existing users will need to login in. New clients purchasing the Live session only will need to use the register option to create a user/password.
• Have you successfully purchased the session? Confirm your purchase is successful. If not, please navigate to the session to purchase the item.
• Be Certain to use the Join Meeting via Zoom App
• Confirm your virtual session start time.
