Description
Join us for a 50 minute full body workout created to focus on cardio, stabilizing and strengthening the core, as well as improving your balance and flexibility. Each class is virtual and designed with a energized, challenging, high impact routine!
Classes begin each evening at 6:15 pm, Monday – Thursday and Saturday classes starting October 1st – October 31st.
